After receive the project inquiry, our R&D department research the most efficient solution concept together with customers. We advise you on various design and solution approaches, technologies and processes, as well as on cost and time planning. When the conceptual design is settled, our mechanical department will refine and enrich the design according to the skeleton of the project and give manufacturing drawings.

On the basis of jointly agreed concept design and drawings, the next step is construction of physical products. This involves a total of three departments: manufacturing, engineering and procurement. The tight and close cooperation between our teams ensures the project is constructed in a quality and timely manner.

In this step, the installation and commissioning take place. Our team assemble the whole project in-house, FAT also start during this period if customer requires. Only when all performance criteria have been met will it be delivered to you. After delivery, our own fitters then travel to you to set up the system first-hand.

After delivery and handover, our people will accompany production at customer’s plant for six months to one year. We pass on every detailed information and knowledge about the project to your people, whether maintenance or repairs, we want our solutions to work for you as long as possible, effectively and reliably.

With the continuous updating and iteration of technology, customers may want to upgrade and modify the project, we are happy to serve you in that case.
