Q What certification do you have?
A We have three ISO certificates: ISO9001:2015 quality management system; ISO14001:2015 environmental management system; ISO 45001:2018 occupational health&safety management system. And if customer require, we can do CE and UL or any necessary certificate for the products.

Q What about after-sales service?
A We have a subsidiary in Germany and branch offices in Czech Republic and Slovakia, they can take care of this part for our European customers. And we provide 24/7 online support for any dissatisfy issue of the products for all customers.

Q What is the lead time?
A 3-5 working days for in stock products, others depend on actual situation.

Q What is the payment term?
A Most of the payment we accepted were made via T/T, and we also accept small order paid by PayPal or West Union. Our payment terms are 50% deposit, and balance before shipment. Or 100% deposit if your order is not so big.

Q How do you control the quality?
A We’re ISO9001 Quality Management System certified all products would be scanned and uploaded to our factory production system to ensure quality data traceability.

Q What is your MOQ and sample policy?
A For standard and in stock products, no MOQ, we can send out free sample, you only need to take charge in the shipping cost. For custom product, MOQ is to be negotiated for each project, we’re very open-minded and flexible with it.

Q Do you provide OEM/ODM service?
A Yes , most of staffs in SK Group are engineers, and our experienced sales can work together with buyers to get exactly they’re looking for.

A We provide a wide range of products and service, our role really depends on what you need from us. We’re manufacturer of aluminum profiles and custom CNC machining components, and we’re integrator of conveyors, battery testing equipment and automatic production lines.
