  • Follow customer request of the fully automatic electrical performance parameter testing equipment for Non standard battery , the project is located in Hungary. The project started with concept design in August 2022, assembly and debugging in March 2023, and then upgraded in October according to the customer's new requirements, and the equipment is on the shipment to Hungary. In order to ensure the accuracy of the test parameters, we verified the influence of various materials to test result in advance, through a series of optimization measures, such as optimizing the internal layout, frame structure, and line direction, thus further improving the accuracy of the test results.
  • The SAIC-Volkswagen Changsha MEB battery pack assembly line project Started in October 2021 and implementation in SAIC-Volkswagen Changsha plant. The line is used for the production of PACK packaging, the whole line adopts the fully automated assembly and screwing process of battery modules, battery control units, and high-voltage connectors, with 100% automatic inspection of sealing test, IL Test, EOL Test, and EOL test, and adopts new battery pack manufacturing processes, such as automatic application of heat-conducting adhesive (Gapfiller), and screwing with Flow Drill Screw, etc. The assembly automation rate reaches 82%. Finished battery packs are automatically transported to the battery pack sequencing center, which communicates with the factory through the MES system, realizing the delivery of finished battery products in an automatic and precise pulling mode. The production line equipment will be sent to the factory for installation and debugging in August 2022, and trial production will start in January 2023, Sync with the vehicle plan, SOP in April 2024. The initial planning capacity of the project is 30JPH, with an annual capacity of 150,000 units of new energy vehicle battery pack delivery.
  • SK21.84 is the logistics conveyor line of assembly section & shelling section in battery Cell workshop, which launched in 2021 and implemented in Xiapu base (SFM), the line is used for conveying semi-finished products of battery cell, and it is connected with various processes such as winding, preheating, cold pressing, welding, baking, liquid injection (primary), liquid injection (secondary), sealing, testing, etc., and it adopts the belt conveying, roller conveying and lifting conveying to meet the demands of various processes. The length of a single line can reach 120m, and the pace of conveying and feeding battery cells can reach 24PPM. MES system & the interactive communication with the factory, it can accurately identify the output of the battery cells per process, which is convenient for the customer to manage the output of the production line. The production line was shipped to the customer's factory for installation and debugging in August 2022, and trial production started in October 2022, Start of Production in November 2022.

  • Gotion's energy storage module assembly line was launched in May, 2023, the design was completed in July. Assebly started in 5th, Sep, 2023, FAT started on 3rd, Nov and ended on 9th. The implematation will be finished in Gotion Goettingen's plant. The module line adopts the mode of Speed Chain Conveyor Line+Friction Roller Conveyor Line+Pallet+6-axis Robot, the AGV places the pallet with cells on the roller conveyor line, then six-axis robot grips the cells, and then completes the whole process of cell online-OCV test-Cell gluing-cell stacking-installation of end plate and epoxy plate-shaping and pressing-plasma cleaning-installation of side plate-welding-still standing-Pole positioning and cleaning-Busbar installation-laser welding of busbar-cleaning-EOL test. The whole line designed efficiency is ≥ 7.2JPH,OEE is accounted for at 80%.
