• TS5000 series is a test system for power battery Pack with standard cabinet and software system. The system adopts modular design and is able to fully perform function test and performance test .
• Typical test items: insulation, voltage withstand, equipotential test, ACR measurement, CAN simulation,CAN communication related test, program brushing, program version validation,insulation function test, fault judgement, total voltage, individual voltage, temperature measurement, interlock, collision test, DC internal resistance (DCR) measurement, pulse test, capacity test, voltage, current accuracy, relay status Detection, etc.

• Customers can choose the brand and model of instrument and hardware according to their own company's situation and local market.
• The equipment supports LXI and SCPI Protocol.It is compatible with the products of Polular manufacturers in Europe, the United States, Japan, Korea

• The equipment consists of a host computer system, electrical control system, high-
precision testing instrument, low-voltage relay matrix box, display, signal light,
temperature and humidity meter, test harness.
• Low-voltage test harness, through the
connection of the reserved aviation plug
and the battery product under test
communication test, can quickly change
the tooling to achieve product changeover.
• Customised long lifecycle butt plugs or standard manual butt plugs are available

1.Q: Are you a manufacturer?
A: We provide a wide range of products and service, our role really depends on what you need from us. We’re manufacturer of aluminum profiles and custom CNC machining components, and we’re integrator of conveyors, battery testing equipment and automatic production lines.
2.Q: Do you provide OEM/ODM service?

A: For standard and in stock products, no MOQ, we can send out free sample, you only need to take charge in the shipping cost. For custom product, MOQ is to be negotiated for each project, we’re very open-minded and flexible with it.

A: We’re ISO9001 Quality Management System certified all products would be scanned and uploaded to our factory production system to ensure quality data traceability.
5.Q: What about after-sales service?
